		<description>Dude, really sorry to hear that your season has ended like that, I know how hard you&#039;ve worked all year. I know the feeling with injuries - I&#039;ve not been able to play much squash for the last few months due to an inflamed tendon in my foot.

Taking  a break is so hard to do, but sounds like you&#039;re doing exactly the right thing. I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll regroup and come back physically and mentally strong next season! Good luck mate!</description>

		<description>Yes, it is very much obvious that you take care of your self during training period because ski is the sport which needs so much fitness and mental alertness if you fail to provide both of these then you can suffer injury. During training, you are advisable to take pads by which you can cover yourself.</description>
